Services
From educational institutions, international schools, mission-driven organizations, and healthcare professions to local governments, communities, civic groups, and coalitions, I work with people who are struggling to work well together.
Whether it's teams experiencing internal tension, departments navigating change, or community groups feeling polarized and stuck, I help people engage in productive conversations to move through change and conflict.
Below you’ll find a list of services I provide.
Group Dialogue Facilitation
Internal and group-to-group facilitations support those navigating conversations that feel difficult, stuck, polarized, emotionally charged, or high stakes.
These engagements are designed to help groups think together more effectively, navigate change and complexity, strengthen understanding, move through tension constructively, and align around meaningful next steps. Facilitation processes are customized to organizational needs and grounded in collaborative inquiry, reflective dialogue, and human-centered communication.

They are dialogue-centered leadership development experiences designed for small groups seeking deeper learning, reflection, connection, and real-world application over time.
These six-month cohorts create space for participants to strengthen leadership capacity through meaningful dialogue, collaborative inquiry, reflective practice, and shared learning within a consistent community.
Each cohort is intentionally small (5–12 participants) to foster trust, participation, relationship-building, and authentic conversation.
