Services

From educational institutions, international schools, mission-driven organizations, and healthcare professions to local governments, communities, civic groups, and coalitions, I work with people who are struggling to work well together.

Whether it's teams experiencing internal tension, departments navigating change, or community groups feeling polarized and stuck, I help people engage in productive conversations to move through change and conflict.

Below you’ll find a list of services I provide.

Group Dialogue Facilitation

Internal and group-to-group facilitations support those navigating conversations that feel difficult, stuck, polarized, emotionally charged, or high stakes.

These engagements are designed to help groups think together more effectively, navigate change and complexity, strengthen understanding, move through tension constructively, and align around meaningful next steps. Facilitation processes are customized to organizational needs and grounded in collaborative inquiry, reflective dialogue, and human-centered communication.

Learning Labs

Learning Labs are customized, interactive leadership development experiences centered on the skills that most directly support navigating change and conflict. Unlike traditional workshops, they emphasize inquiry, experiential learning, reflection, and real-world application.

Bring actual issues to experiment with as we explore and apply lab topic concepts.

All labs are customized to your group and include collaborative planning meetings, organizational needs assessment, tailored facilitation design, customized case studies and activities, integration of organizational values and goals, and follow-up resources to support lasting application

Leadership Cohorts

Bridging theory and practice, leadership cohorts are the building blocks for successful leadership during conflict and change. They are dialogue-centered leadership development experiences designed for small groups seeking deeper learning, reflection, connection, and real-world application over time.

These six-month cohorts create space for participants to strengthen leadership capacity through meaningful dialogue, collaborative inquiry, reflective practice, and shared learning within a consistent community.

Each cohort is intentionally small (5–12 participants) to foster trust, participation, relationship-building, and authentic conversation.

Retreats

Dialogue-centered retreats designed for teams, boards, and organizations that need intentional space to reflect, reconnect, strengthen relationships, and realign around shared goals and priorities.

These facilitated retreats help groups step back from day-to-day demands to engage in meaningful conversation, collaborative learning, strategic thinking, and relationship-building. Retreat experiences are customized to organizational needs and may support groups navigating change, tension, growth, decision-making, or renewal.

Conference Presentations & Workshops

Dialogue-centered conference presentations and facilitated learning experiences are designed to help groups navigate conflict and change.

Sessions are interactive, reflective, and grounded in practical application, with an emphasis on meaningful engagement, dialogue, and real-world relevance.
